Please
help a non-violent inmate from Ohio with donations to enable me to
petition the court for a sentence reduction/overturn conviction.
It will also enable me to hire a good lawyer for my defense, cause the
Federal Public Defenders Office will not help me on my case and would
not help me the first time on this case. I'm a poor inmate that
only makes .12 cents an hour here at prison, $10.00 a month. I was
arrested on 08/12/2006 in Romney, WV, by a deputy sheriff who I felt
entrapped me. I was convicted because The deputy tampered with the
evidence. I'm serving a 63 month sentence with 27 months to go.
I have elderly parents at home who need me to care for them, cause
my mother is going blind and my step father is paralyzed to a wheel
chair.
