When a prominent law
firm in North Carolina tried to have federal court in Raleigh
dismiss a personal injury lawsuit filed against their client by a
prisoner, Dale assisted the prisoner to survive summary judgment and
the case is now heading for trial.

Dale is currently lead
plaintiff in a lawsuit filed against the Bureau of Prisons for
discrimination against non- U.S.citizens. (see, Patel et al vs
Bureau of Prisons et al, 1:09-00200 (RWR) / U.S. District Court,
