I would like to information on how to get help in a federal case
involving myself. A little about my situation is I am a person who
was taken to trial and found guilty and sentenced to seventeen years and
seven months on a three (3) count Federal Indictment that I was never
arrested on by any federal government official.
I have been railroaded from
the very beginning of the whole situation to the end and at this time I
am seeking assistance from anyone who can help. I can't trust a
court appointed lawyer because the very first one tried to get me to
sign a plea agreement to cover-up their mistakes. My family can't
afford any more paid attorneys for a appeal because they are on a fixed
income.
My rights were violated
when I was never arrested in connection with the alleged criminal
charges outlined in the three (3) count indictment. I was never
bought back before the United States Magistrate Court Judge for initial
appearance upon said arrest and afforded the required Preliminary,
Detention and Arraignment hearing to charge me and more importantly my
constitutional rights were violated to determine whether I was entitled
to a bond, inter alia, after the three (3) count indictment was handed
down by the grand jury, at which points my substantive due process
rights attached.
The United States Government violated my civil rights by not
allowing me to confront my accuser and by not giving me my due process
rights.
All of these issues were
bought before a United States District Court Judge for Northern District
of West Virginia and the United States Prosecuting Attorney.
As a result the judge and the prosecution could and did not answer
nor did they try to correct the violations or mistakes. They tried
to cover-up the mistakes but that failed because now documents in my
court files are coming up missing. All of my transcripts can prove
the mistakes by government and fabricated statements by a judge.
At this time me and my
family can't afford to get all of my transcripts. I would like to
know if you can help me in this matter
Sincerely,
Dion Rene Drew
