I sit here today on my bunk dreaming of
being free. Stealing and drugs brought me here and those lessons
were hard learned and well taught. Now, ten years in & out of this
place, only 18 months left, I search for a new life. A life free
of the insanity, a life to build on, a life I choose for myself.
I've not wrote to many people over the years but change is inevitable
and changed I have. I don't know many people in the free would
anymore and companionship along with friendship is my desire. I
know the picture isn't very good but it's all I have that's recent.
I guess I should have smiled. I seen this application out on the
unit and figured I'd give it a try. I don't really know what to
say. "This is the place to get mail right?" Hope to hear
