If being black
and dark complexion was two strikes
in losing a federal trial, let me reserve the last strike to gain a
friend ( I'll not submit a picture).
With zero to any chance of winning, my lawyer
advised. I believe.... I believe that I wasn't innocent, but definitely
no guilty of the drug amount attributed to me.
With a strong respect for "Law & Order",
because without laws there won't be any order. I am a firm believer in
the Constitutional Law, "the highest law of the land." There should be
no bending, stretching, manipulating or circumventing the Constitutional
Law.
Illegal arrest, search of vehicle, resident and
public strip search; in the most intrusive manner, violated my
Constitutional Rights. And should not be over looked.
Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
Because what happen to me.... natural life in prison without any
possibilities for parole for non violent crime of drugs can happen to
anyone.
