into a printed format and sends them out regular mail.
The inmate receives 1 to 3
letters per week depending upon the service plan chosen.

I am a stranger in this state (WV) but I get by. Family and
friends upon hearing I was prison bound, have foresaken me but I get
by. My lover of 7 yrs. no longer writes but I get by.
I am tired of just getting by. If in I were able to engage
in a mutually beneficial relationship of any kind, I know then I would
be doing a whole lot more than just getting by. I
thoroughly enjoy writing and receiving letters. I give more than I
take and strive to please as others joy give me pleasure.
