My name is Joseph Harris Jenkins. I was born in Fredrick Maryland. I left there at 7 and moved to Baltimore at age 12. I got locked up at Noise at 13. I went to a group-home. I ran and got caught, went to Boys Village, then got time at Hicky in Baltimore at age 15. I became a Hoover Crip. I did my time at Hicky and got out, went back to Baltimore. I was out for a year and a half at 17, I got locked up again at that time, my mom moved back to Frederick so I got out , moved to Frederick after three months, I got locked up here.
