Hi There!
My name is Manny. I'd like to introduce myself as a loving,
caring person who believes strongly in family unity and keeping that
bond alive and healthy. We all need family connections! I
also enjoy keeping myself healthy - not just physically, but also
mentally and spiritually.
One of my hobbies include researching history and cultural
traditions; knowing one's history helps us to make better choices and
connections with other people.
I'd like to discuss my situation regarding my incarceration.
I am innocent of all charges. The prosecutor who tried the case
against me withheld what is called exculpatory evidence from my defense
attorney.
Exculpatory evidence is information the prosecution discovers
during his investigation that will help prove the defense's case of
information that conducts evidence from my defense attorney.
You can see the Supreme Judicial Courts hearing on the video link
where my attorney is arguing an appeal of the conviction. In my
case, I've had to prove my innocence without using evidence, which is
why I am desperately seeking all the support aid and assistance I can
get. The prosecutor hid the information that proved
I could not have committed the crimes. Anything in the way of
resources such as legal researchers, legal strategist, etc. will be
greatly appreciated.
