into a printed format and sends them out regular mail.
The inmate receives 1 to 3
letters per week depending upon the service plan chosen.

friends call me Shoobie. I am a good person who made a
mistake. I enjoy reading, watching TV, music, laughing,
talking to my daughter, that's her in the photo with me. I
like all woman as long as they have a good heart and open mind.
I don't have a true religion but I study the Bible, Qran, also
Wicca. I am from Washington DC if you want to answer this
