A Person Note:
My name is Odell Stanley Williams and I am an inmate at the Terre Haute
USP. I have a purpose for this personal add and that is
because I have some civil legal issues I would like some
assistance with and one of them is to get my name changed to
Raiyah Ben Ysrael because I am a Hebrew Israelite and to have
your Hebrew name legalized is a requirement of my religion and
it also is my constitutional right under the first amendment.
if anyone out there is able to help me it would be greatly
appreciated. I will have to appeal a civil courts decision
denying me this right. Thank you
