Hey my name is Rafeal Otero but everyone calls me Rafy. I am Puerto Rican just raised here in the U.S.. I came here when I was 10 Years old. Well I am light skinned, short black hair, stand about 5'8", weight is 153 lbs., I have 6 tattoos, and brown eyes. I like to watch sports and play them to, love listening to R&B music. I love taking pictures and specially receiving them too. Well hopefully I will hear from Ms. Right soon. I am very open with my feelings, so ask me anything.
