The bureau has implemented a program for inmates to be able to
E-mail. It is called corrlinks. The way it works.. I first
have to submit your E-mail address for approval. Once I do that it
will pop up on your computer asking if you accept. soon as you
accept we can start corresponding via E-mail. I will respond to
all your E-mails so if you are not receiving then they might be going to
