Hi, my name is Rodney Greene (B.K.A. Ron), #203-949, and I am an inmate
incarcerated at the MD. Correctional Institution-Hagerstown
(MCI-H) 18601 Roxbury Rd., Hagerstown, MD 21746. Also, I am a
native of Baltimore, Maryland and, also, the father of two beautiful
daughters who I miss and love dearly. I am 41 years of age and
single. I am also an inspiring paralegal who assists other inmates
with administrative pleadings, criminal proceedings, I.E., "collateral
proceedings" and "appeals".
I have been incarcerated since
September, 1989, for second degree murder and I am serving a 33 year
sentence for said offense. However, the sentence is illegal,
persistent to a ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court in Apprendi V, New
Jersey, 530 U.S. 466 (2000). But the court has refused to
acknowledge this allegation, where I am a pro se litigant and the
allegation of error entitles me to immediate release. I have
created this web page for the sole purpose of to obtain a pro bono
attorney to represent me; obtaining so nations; and to meet new people
and establish new friendship. So, if you are interested in
