I am in dire need of
help from an unjust Texas conviction, which I am innocent of. I was
wrongly convicted of a crime I did not commit, based on the "false"
forensic testimony by the prosecutions expert Fred Zain who has given
false testimony and tests in another prosecution's expert for
Ballistics, Ronald Dodson, also gave false testimony that did not
coincide with actual ballistic findings. Please note: I have sought DNA
testing and have been repeatedly denied, although samples are readily
available, that would exonerate me.
I have been denied at every corner
by the Texas so called justice system, that will not even address sworn
affidavits from another expert whose testimony would illustrate the
prosecutors experts were wrong. I am 39 years old, white male, and
bilingual. Please do not stereotype me--contact me, please, I am lost
and in need of help.
